Terms of Service

1. The service

Dekhao Studio provides AI tools to write product listings and captions, and to create digital QR menus for restaurants and cafés. We may add, change or remove features as the product grows.

2. Your account

You must give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One account is for one business unless we agree otherwise.

3. Plans and limits

The Free plan includes a limited number of AI uses each month, shown on the Upgrade page. The Pro plan includes a higher daily fair-use limit and removes the Dekhao Studio badge from your public menu.

Limits exist to keep the service fast and fair for everyone. We may pause accounts that try to get around them or that put unusual load on the service.

4. Payments

Pro is paid in advance for 1, 3 or 12 months by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer to the details shown on the Upgrade page. After you pay, submit the transaction ID. We check each payment by hand and switch on Pro once it is confirmed — usually within a few hours during the day.

Please send the exact amount shown. If we can't find a payment that matches your transaction ID, we will mark it as not found and you can contact us with your receipt.

Pro does not renew automatically. When it ends, your account returns to the Free plan and your products and menus stay in place.

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy (www.dekhaostudio.com/refund). In short: if we cannot activate Pro after you've paid, you get a full refund, and you can change your mind within 7 days.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and menus you upload or create. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide the service (for example, showing your public menu).

Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, misleading, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.

6. AI results

AI-generated text can be wrong. You are responsible for checking listings and menus before you publish them — especially prices, ingredients, allergens and any health or halal claims.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Dekhao Studio running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Dekhao Studio at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If the changes are important we will tell you in the app or by email. Questions are always welcome through our Contact page.
