Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details: your email address and password (stored securely by our login provider — we never see your password).

Business details you enter: business name, type, country, currency, language, menu link, phone number and address you choose to show on your menu.

Content you upload or create: product photos, menu photos, dish photos, listings, captions and menu items.

Payment confirmations: the payment method, amount, the number or account name you paid from and the transaction ID you give us. We do not collect card numbers or your bKash/Nagad PIN — never share your PIN with anyone.

Messages you send through our contact form, and basic usage records (for example how many AI requests your business made) so we can apply plan limits and stop abuse.

2. How we use it

To run the service: create your listings and menus, show your public menu to your customers, apply your plan and check your payments.

To reply to you when you contact us and to send essential account emails (such as confirming your email or resetting your password).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos for advertising.

3. AI processing

When you ask for an AI listing, menu import or translation, the photos and text you submit are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the result. Google processes this data under its API terms. Please do not upload photos that show other people's private information.

AI can make mistakes. Always check names, prices, ingredients and allergens before you publish.

4. Who else handles your data

We use trusted providers to run Dekhao Studio: Supabase (database, login and file storage), Vercel (website hosting) and Google (AI). They only process data to provide their service to us.

Anything you publish on your public menu — dish names, prices, photos, phone and address — can be seen by anyone with the link.

5. Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your information while your account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by contacting us. If you are in the UK or EU you also have rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

7. Children

Dekhao Studio is for businesses and is not meant for children under 16.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you about important changes by email or in the app.
